Aim

In January 2007, three bilingual actresses, Georgina Ridealgh, Diana Stewart-Rossiné and Bela Grushka, launched an ambitious programme of plays performed every Monday at 7pm: English Rep in Paris, joined by British composer Charles Allen-Wall, as music is an essential part of all productions. After Bela Grushka's departure to work full-time for the NYFA, Kit Leonard helped them devise a new show with two versions, one in English and one in French, SWEET LADIES and DOUCES DAMES, marking the fulfilment of a dream to perform in English and in French in the UK and France.
A unique bilingual, bicultural group, aspiring to share the musicality and rhythm of original texts. With a wide range of productions for theatres, schools, associations and event organizers, with workshops (music and drama) and follow-up discussions. Always happy to perform at fund-raising events, hospitals, for children or the elderly, as part of community outreach projects. En français: voir Accueil.
