Aim
In January 2007, three bilingual actresses, Georgina Ridealgh, Diana Stewart-Rossiné and Bela Grushka, launched an ambitious programme of plays to be performed in English and French, as a link between the two cultures they love so much.
Joining forces with American director Kit Leonard and British composer Charles Allen-Wall, after Béla Grushka returned to New York, has given birth to SWEET LADIES and the fulfilment of a dream - to perform in both languages in the UK and Paris.
This unique bi-lingual and bi-cultural theatre troupe aims to perform in English and French throughout Europe, but particularly in France and the UK, to share the musicality and rhythm of original texts not only for those who speak English or French but for the ultimate enjoyment of all theatre lovers. Productions highlight the beauty of the English and the French languages, to share unforgettable moments, intense and passionate. With a wide range of productions for theatres, schools, associations and event organizers, with workshops (music and drama) and follow-up discussions. Always happy to perform at fund-raising events, hospitals, for children or the elderly, community outreach including prisons. Music plays an essential role in all productions. Theatre goers and students alike will find a new interest in both theatre and language. Audiences who do not speak both languages will discover a new aspect of plays that they thought they knew so well. Another dimension. En français: voir Accueil.
